I would leave 2 stars for John who at least he tried to help but i cant, while everyone else is so lost and amateur , while extracting oil one of workers pushed the drain tub so far it got stuck, me and my wife we had to spend 1:30 almost 2 hours there trying to figure out how to get the tube out or to call a tow to take it to mechanic. At the end i had to call my own mechanic and advise them on how to extract the stuck drain pipe. Overall horrible experience and obviously wont come back. I suggest this team to learn how to react on such situations and suggest on franchise to have a mechanic phone number so they can call to consult, because they have no clue as far as mechanical stuff, other than extract oil and thats sad! Bad really very bad experience. Oh and lets not forget after all this headache and 1:30 hours spend i get to have only $20 off . My friends , I own business myself and thats not how you run a business. Good luck , be better and maybe you can still get business
