He is a great employee for your business and if it were my choice, I would promote him and give him a pay raise as soon as possible. There were 2 guys working on my car, one said my battery needed to be replaced, another said it was fine. As my battery was 1 year old (on a 2 year warrenty) I returned to the place I bought it, they tested, and said it was fine. Glad I didn't purchase there as I would have been out a lot of money for no reason. Also, the wait to be seen was annoyingly long. I was in the garage for 30 min, but spent almost 2 hours waiting in the lot.
