Staff were not particularly friendly. A lot of the maintenance checks that come with the service were not performed. And this is the second visit that I had to ask the staff to check the tire pressure even though they claimed it was performed already.

They put the wrong mileage on the receipt and then when they corrected the receipt, the previous amount became the wrong starting mileage. Now my insurance company has incorrect information because I know that you people send your receipts through insurance companies. Even after my phone call telling him the correct mileage, it showed up as the previous then so I went from really only having 19,768 miles to 197,680 miles. My car has not been serviced at your location previously and my last oil change was done at the dealership so this has really screwed up my mileage. I would appreciate someone calling me from Corporate so that we can get this corrected so the actual amount that was driven on my car will be correct.

They were wonderful. The staff was attentive, courteous, and very competent, especially the fellow down in the pit. We had had an oil leak and he let us know what caused it and fixed it. The leak was the result of a loose oil filter from Jiffy Lube. We we will always use Valvoline now. Thank you.
