The main problem was that I was asked if I wanted the same oil that was previously used and I agreed. Then the oil was taken out of the engine. About 10 minutes later a different person came to my car and told me that they didnu2019t have any of that oil type and then was told they only had the European synthetic oil that would be $60.00 more than originally quoted. At that point was I supposed to have them put the old oil back in to the engine or take the synthetic oil at the higher price. This is considered a bait and switch. I have been to this location previous times and havenu2019t had any problems. I wonu2019t be back to this location because of this issue. Something needs to be done.
