I got an oil change on Tuesday 4/14/26 and I’m pretty disappointed. With how expensive oil changes are I was hoping for better service. I typically do my own oil changes but thought I’d try this place out of convenience. During the oil change I noticed the guys messing around quite a bit (which would’ve been fine if the job was completed well) so I believe this is what lead to this carelessness. I opened my hood yesterday 4/15/26 to replace my engine filter only to find a dirty rag sitting near the release lever of the hood and the battery cover to the connection site open. I’m glad I caught it when I did because who’s to say what could’ve happened if it moved and was sitting on top of the hot engine?? I should have probably stuck to just doing my own maintenance on my car…
