The technician was new, my truck requires 13 quarts of oil and the tech miscounted the amount of oil by almost 3 quarts. When I asked him to do the math he told me the wrong amount of oil in the jugs. When I asked him if he put in 3 full containers he replied yes when he had only added 2. When I asked him to show me the 3 empty container and he could only show me 2 ( as I expected) when he showed me the dipstick the oil didnu2019t even register. I understand everyone has to learn but there should be closer over site. This is an expensive vehicle and that could have been a huge mistake if I wasnu2019t paying close attention.
