Been going here for 5 years, current crew is awful. Sucking oil out through the dipstick tube is better than draining it from the drain plug? As someone who was an actual mechanic in both auto and marine, drain plug is always the preferred method unless it isn't accessible. Don't lie to me. Replaced my OEM drain plug without asking just to justify more lies? I am livid. Will not be returning to Valvoline. Unacceptable in many ways. You lost a customer for life now.
