They took the oil out and never put oil back in, the next day after my “oil change “ my car was smoking and making a strange sound and when I took the to get fixed there was no leak, the plug was all secured, with no oil in the car. I fixed it refilling it with 2 and a half quarts of oil, calling the next day to get a refund. Only for not only the manager at the location and the customer service man both be externally rude and condescending, not a care for the insane damage done to my engine.

Dude with Ninja Turtle nails worked super fast. Everyone in the shop was super friendly. I was out in <15 minutes for a full synthetic oil change. You stay in your cat, they’re very fast, and the process feels natural. I did not wait at 3 pm. The younger guy with short brown hair NEVER pressured me, but thoughtfully educated me and advised me on what priorities mattered most and their respective timelines. Showed cabin filter, which I already did myself from eBay. This shop as of Jan 2026 is 10/10 for someone who doesn’t know cars and young drivers who need an honest mechanic’s opinion during routine maintenance. $62 for synthetic oil change with $25 off coupon. The upgrades were a bit costly though, and Valvoline would be more popular for everything else if prices reduced. I’ll probably go to Tuffy for the tire rotation and return to Valvoline for oil changes when there is a coupon.
