I came to valvoline in my husband's truck. Me not knowing too much about cars always makes me nervous at any car facility because I always feel they take advantage of me . However, at this location Rasool was very kind and empathetic . Everyone was patient (Nelson, benjamin) and they even helped me drive the car into the spot it needed to because I couldn't do it on my own. Rasool even handed me a gatorade during the visit which was a super kind gesture and was unexpected in a good way. It was very hot outside so I appreciated that. Great team and outstanding service !

I was sitting in the car with the car off for about 30 minutes. It was about 100 degrees outside, no fan or anything, and I was just waiting. In the future, it would be nice if there was a place to wait or something similar, or if the oil change could actually take 15 minutes as promised.

I appreciated the knowledge and customer skills of Reggie, the fact that he listened to my needs and went an extra mile to provide additional support in finding an answer regarding to another topic besides oil & filter change (auxiliary batteries issue). Cody, as a relatively new member to the team, did very well in answered a few questions I had.And Braxton, although I did see him briefly, he did a good job answering my question related to the exchanged oil (what was the color, etc.).
