I had an oil change done on my BMW. A couple of minutes after driving away, I realized they did not give me any proper receipt. I have no record of having had the oil changed, or what kind was used. They told me EU spec full synthetic oil was used but without paper documents, I have no proof of that. There's no place to leave a message to the location on the website, so I guess my choice is a public comment. The sticker they put in my car for the next oil change says it is needed in three months time! BMW recommend 12 months / 10k miles. So, did Valvoline put in cheap oil, not know what BMW says, or not pay attention? Also, in this model the battery hides in the trunk under a cosmetic panel. They nicely removed the panel to check the battery but when they put it back, they didn't replace all the clips holding the panel in place.
The service was fast and convenient, and the staff were polite, friendly and clearly knowledgable. But based on the documentation and missing clip, I won't be back here.
