Went in for oil change 2 weeks ago. They forgot to reattach my oil cover underneath the vehicle. The manage asked me to reutnr so they can reattach, and the piece flew off somewhere in transit. I requested a full refund for the damages. They also asked me to order the part and they would install it and reinburse me. They have not issued the refund. After many attempts they have not respond to my request.

May 5,2026 the Technician broke the housing for my taillight and every month since then i have been trying to get the housing replaced. I don't believe it was broken deliberately, but the lie they told on my service receipt is what bothered me; initially they said i came with the housing cracked; i challenged them and the video showed that the Tech broke it. They eventually acknowledged it but is in no rush to repair my taillight. I told them i didn't care if they replaced it with used parts. they attempted to replace it but ordered the wrong part; 5 months later and i am still having to wait to get it done. I am not afraid to go to small claims court, then they will have to pay legal fees. Grace has run out.
