CHRIS, JAY, and LUIS thank you! I came in for a routine oil change and was blessed with this team. CHRIS, the manager taught me how to put on wiper blades AND made sure that a previous error by another shop was corrected. Apparently the last place I had my oil change had stripped the nut. CHRIS and his team took the time to repair (at no cost to me) this issue. I am thankful that honest hardworking people are still around. Will be coming back for sure! Thank you CHRIS, JAY, and LUIS!!

Oh man...what great employees you have at the Northlake location! The lead, I think his name was Timothy, was awesome. He's so nice, did a great job of trying to upsell without being pushy. It came off like he really cared. And the new member was so nice too. Wow, they did a great job. It was more expensive then I wanted to pay, but I would pay more to be treated like that.
