I was made to switch out of my lane so another customer could be helped who was there before me, which is great. However, I’ve been here before and I’ve been there before other cars and have never been taken first even when I got there first. And maybe it wouldn’t have bothered me as much if the attendant wasn’t flirting with that person. Also, I was told false information about my car being “oil thirsty.” I have a 2022 model, which runs great, and I don’t ever like to be told something as if I’m trying to be sold a more expensive or repetitive oil changes, especially if I’m paying for the highest quality oil, and it’s not my first time at this oil change facility. The staff just seems disingenuous. And I witnessed the manager coming in and being rude to one of the employees, and it really shifted the whole staff. A leader needs to set the morale by example, and this manager lacks that. It speaks through the staff and their service. Maybe employee satisfaction should be taken into consideration. Honesty and friendliness is what I care for when I need an oil service done.
