I’m not one to write bad reviews. Typically just let it go but this one has to be said. Had a diesel truck in for an oil and fuel filter change. One of the tech’s was struggling with my fuel filter for a while and all the sudden came to me claiming it broke. They said it was due to being old and must have had a leak before i showed up. I told him there is no way that it was leaking before I would have noticed prior. I jumped out to see the damage and realized the tech did not understand how to disconnect the fuel line from the filter so he pulled very hard and snapped the plastic connector. After that they told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I left my vehicle in the middle bay for 7 hours. Nobody helped or did anything to resolve the problem. I had to call for help and get it fixed on my own dime all while they continued doing oil changes in either bay beside me. Finally getting it fixed by my company I thought I better check the oil level as well to be sure they didn’t mess that up atleast. After checking the level they were 5 quarts short of being correct. I had to borrow a funnel from them and do the change myself in the bay. Laughable actually how unhelpful they were just acting like they could care less about the situation. I called the police on them and I will be fighting this situation until every dollar I spent fixing the problem is returned. DO NOT GO HERE.
