The tech removed the engine plastic cover and because trying to rush through things, being that they did not have the oil filter for my vehicle and had to send someone to buy it, they forgot to out the cover back. I'm fortunate that when I got home I did open the hood and noticed that the cover was missing. I did not receive a call from the manager to alert me of the missing part that day nor the following morning, I am the one that called and drove to the store again the next day, missing time off work and using my gas for a mistake that should not have happened, given the size of the part. I am highly dissatisfied with this store and more likely than not I would not be back for service.

They did not put the cover under the car on correctly. I went way out of my way to come to valvoline and now I probably have to drive back 30 miles for them to fix it. Thatu2019s a lot of gas money and Iu2019m not happy bc Iu2019m a lifetime customer of valvoline. I couldu2019ve went 5 min down the road to take 5 but I didnu2019t. I probably will go there next time.
