⭐ 1 Star — WARNING TO CUSTOMERS! Please think twice before taking your vehicle to this Valvoline location! I took my vehicle here for an oil change, and they overfilled my engine with oil, resulting in damage to my vehicle. I had to pay $670 out of my own pocket to have the damage repaired. I submitted a claim to Valvoline, expecting them to take responsibility. Instead, I was given the runaround throughout the claims process, only to have my claim denied. I am extremely disappointed with the service, the lack of accountability, and the way my complaint was handled. I would not recommend this Valvoline location to anyone. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with my vehicle again. Customers deserve better service and accountability when something goes wrong. UPDATE: Valvoline responded to my review, but they still have not offered to reimburse me for the $670 I paid to repair my vehicle after their location overfilled it with oil. They acknowledged my complaint but offered no resolution. I am still requesting reimbursement and accountability. Thank you for responding. However, forwarding my feedback to management does not resolve my complaint. Your location overfilled my vehicle with oil, which resulted in damage and cost me $670 in repairs. I submitted a claim, went through numerous delays and runarounds, and ultimately was denied reimbursement. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I am not looking for another generic response. I am requesting that my claim be reconsidered and that I be reimbursed for the repair expenses. I would appreciate a direct response from someone with the authority to resolve this matter.
