My oil was drained and a new filter was installed. After about 10 minutes one young man came to me to tell me they were out of oil. I said “how can an oil change place be out of oil”. He feebly relied “we were busy”. He further said they’ve sent someone to the Walmart to buy more oil and asked if that’s ok. I said I’m held captive since you’ve drained my oil. He shrugged and walked off. I waited a half hour for the person to come back from the Walmart which they promptly installed. I asked if I was getting a discount of which one fellow said absolutely. Well I used a coupon for 15% and didn’t realize I didn’t get the promised discount. I believe your folks are NOT trained well how to interact with customers. They should have known they were either out or running low on oil BEFORE they drained my oil from my car. All in all, very dissatisfied with this situation and unhappy. There are plenty of quick oil change places in the area and I chose yours. It’s apparent I chose the wrong one. Come on guys, it’s 2024 and competition is still. I feel I should be reimbursed for half of what I paid, about $50 and unless it is made right, I won’t be back.

I arrived roughly 15 minutes after opening on a Wednesday. There were few cars there already. One of the staff came out to let me know they were understaffed. I thought, no big deal maybe I’ll be here an half hour. Overall it took an hour and 15 minutes to complete my oil change. At that rate I might as well take it into Ford. Absolutely unacceptable length of time. And, being that you can’t get out of your vehicle, a very uncomfortable amount of time to be sitting in one spot unable to move. I will say the staff was very friendly and professional.
