I went to this shop to get a typical oil change - that was it. We sat it the car for almost an hour - inside of the bay - waiting for the oil change to be completed. I was informed that someone had overtightened the oil drain plug and it broke when they tried to take it off (last person who changed our oil was them). There was a lot of messing around under the car and under the hood. Ironically; after the headache and the apologies - our engine went out as there was metal shavings in the engine as well as coolant and oil leaking together. I cannot 100% say that it was them but the timing between the isuses they had with the car and this happening was ironic; especially as we consistently ensured that we were meeting every maintenance expectation on our car, set by Subaru.
