It was an $81.99 service that took 45 minutes and they never checked my fluids or air pressure in my tires even after I asked them (twice) if they did - KNOWING that they never did. It's an expensive service and I pay for it because it comprehensive and it quick. It has been neither the last 3 times I've been to a Valvoline. Truly disappointing how it's changed since I've been to Valvoline for the last 30 years of my life.
