The technician that attended me at the POS system was awesome! I observed other techs not being as efficient as possible. Again, the tech at my attention was spectacular and I'm boggled that one can go into any restaurant and be presented with a tip option at point of sale, but a company that requires their employees to be out in the elements and stand there with a smile ud83dude01? Why is there not an option to reward that person??

Technician did not screw in the screws for the air box cover correctly and damaged it due to being poorly trained and using the wrong tools. Give your people better training and the right tools to do the job.

I felt as if the staff speaking to me was robotic like they were reading from a script. really couldn`t understand what they were saying I had to ask them to repeat themselves also felt like the were trying to pressure you into buy some service, I understand thats there job however many people go there just for the oil change. maybe they should ask you if you want them to check all those items
