I thought everything was going good until they showed me my battery was in the red and they said this will die any second and needs to be changed immediately. I thought it’s great I brought it in! However, I reviewed my dealership notes from a visit the week before and it showed my battery was fine and replaced within a year. Valvoline either got an inaccurate reading or defrauded me into buying a new battery. Very disappointed and I’ll never be going back.

After draining the oil, they broke the drain plug. Took 30 minutes to extract the old plug, then another 30 minutes to run to advance auto parts to buy a new plug. After the fix was completed, the manager said he was going to call his boss to see about a free oil change. when he got no response, he told me that customer service would call the next day, nobody ever called.
