I’ve been coming to this location for years. In the beginning, the service was professional and efficient. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the worst I’ve had.
The staff appeared untrained and were talking amongst themselves in front of customers as if they were in a break room. While servicing my vehicle, one employee lost a lug nut and was shocked under the hood. Other employees laughed about it instead of addressing the situation professionally. No one explained what happened, I had to ask.
I also overheard an employee tell the technician working on my car to “just send him on his way, what else can we do,” not realizing I was sitting in my car listening.
After they told me the service was complete, I started my vehicle and realized my tires had not been filled with air, even though I was told they had been serviced.
They never found the missing lug nut, which means it is somewhere in my vehicle. I had the technician document what happened on my receipt in case issues arise later.
This was extremely concerning and disappointing. The lack of professionalism and accountability has turned what used to be a reliable location into a place I can no longer trust.

This was my first visit, and Adam went out of his way to be patient, educational, and helpful. As a woman who is not very knowledgeable about cars, it can be an intimidating experience, but Adam put me completely at ease and made very helpful recommendations for my Cadillac. The oil change went quickly, and there was no wait at this location. Great experience and I’ll definitely be back!
