I was there on friday.i never get the full synthetic oil change and Jack was looking at my profile as i have been going to valvoline for years. And without clarifying he upchgd me, they did not top off ww fluid, ck my lights brakes. And i doubt they put air in my tires.Nothing! Just asked if i needed new ww wipers. Horrible experience and i ended up paying 30.00 more than anticipated. Extremely disappointed. Will NEVER go back to this location, and im skeptical now about any at all. Jack did not communicate. And he was upselling me. Thats not the way it works! I go to valvoline because in the past they clarify what i have used for oil from the last visit And address everything jack and the other guys there did not do. This visit gets a -100. Good luck i was always coming to valvoline because its reasonable....which is why i chose you instead of a full svc garage. Guess i learned today !
