Well for starters, I would appreciate the oil to only be put inside the engine compartment and not all over it. My husband looked at the engine when I got home and there is a huge puddle of oil all around and under the oil cap. there is also oil dripping down onto the ground. it is coming from the top of the engine where it was spilled as we checked under the car and everything is tight down there. Tire pressure wasnt checked, I wasnt shown the dirty oil on the dipstick like I have been every single time ive gone there over the past 14 years. We used to get the full inspection from lights to tires, from oil to washer fluid. Now we seem lucky to get just the oil put where it is supposed to go.

They have a problem with their sign since the hurricane. I thought they were closed. The guys were outside to get customers but being in dark uniforms even they were very hard to see. You are losing business!!!
