He explained every step as we went answered my questions precisely (which I appreciate deeply, being female I do know my car) suggested services I needed to correct the issue. The day after I got my oil changed several warning lights popped on the dash. shortly after that my car died. Luckily a mechanic friend of mine was able to hook up his computer to see what was going on. Lean Code, mass air flow sensor, and so on. as soon as we saw this, popped the hood and the hose was off going to the air filter. this was not put back on properly when checking the air filter during the service. After discussing with my mechanic friend, this is the only possible explanation. I have been to this location several times in the past and probably will return because it is convenient. but I was severely disappointed to say the least.
