Avoid This Location: Total Negligence and Denial It is a long story, but worth the read if you value your vehicle. At the beginning of the year, I came here for a routine oil change on my 2022 Toyota Corolla. That same night, I found a massive puddle of oil on my driveway. My oil was leaking! I filed a corporate claim, brought it back, and they claimed they fixed it. Six months later, I took my car to the Toyota dealership in Sebring because I no longer trusted Valvoline. The certified technicians there immediately revealed that my oil pan and drain plug were severely damaged. Valvoline had cross-threaded the plug and had damaged my oil pan during that previous service. Toyota advised me to return to Valvoline to let them make it right. When I did, the staff repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. I had to call the Toyota service department right there on the spot so the technicians could speak directly to Valvoline. Only then did Valvoline admit to the damage. Their solution was to install a temporary butterfly toggle plug instead of properly replacing the ruined oil pan. They even asked if I wanted them to complete the oil change, which was laughable. The next day, Toyota looked at the vehicle again and was appalled by the technician negligence on a 2022 model. Toyota fought Valvoline on my behalf to cover the cost of a proper repair. Valvoline dragged their feet, but they ultimately paid for the damages. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of integrity at this location. They were too unprofessional to own up to a basic mechanical blunder, and it shouldn't have required a dealership intervention to force them to take responsibility. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
