Would like to have full attention of staff member, would have been quicker, tech needed help with one of the wipers I was having installed normally not in hurry, today I was. Usually techs go from one vehicle to another instead of working the one that they are with from beginning to end. I do find that counter productive. I do feel prices are rather high. Wiper blades about $65, I did get the supposedly 6mo blades, however they never last that long, rubber was torn and big storm coming so I felt that this was urgent.

When I first pulled in the rear of the facility, there were four employees standing there doing nothing. For a period of time, no one acknowledged me or pointed which bay I should enter. There was no other car in the facility and I felt like I was interrupting something. For the most part, the staff was ok but there used to be a very friendly and helpful woman who worked at this facility and apparently she does not work there anymore. I hope she was given a promotion as she was a big reason I came to this location.
