As a young goofy know nothing girl, I have been taken advantage of in the past when it comes to car maintenance. I had to buy a car on the fly after a reck and ended up getting a Cadillac that I know nothing about. From the phone call this morning to going in there all the employees were willing to help and guide me. I can't afford to do all the maintenance in one pay check but I'll be coming exclusively to this location to keep my old car in good condition. Just the oil change alone made my car very happy ill be back on Friday for some more necessary maintenance ud83dude4c Thank you guys for being good to me.

They used an adjustable oil filter removal tool as opposed to an actual tool that fits the filter. Next day after driving home. My warning light came on for oil pressure. Turns out the oil pressure sensor located directly under the oil filter had the wiring damaged and was signaling a very scary problem with the oil pressure. Had the correct oil filter removal tool been used, the wiring to the pressure sensor would had never been damaged. I was able to diagnose the issue that the pair of incompetents had created on my car as I was previously employed in the automotive field as a collision repair manager for Penske Automotive before retiring several years back. I did ask them , initially, not to check anything other than to do the oil and filter change only. I own several cars that I maintain, however, I donu2019t have access to oil disposal after doing an oil change myself. I was hoping that, after supplying the oil and filter, and specifically telling the exact oil capacity of the car, the task could be done without incident. I was disappointed to say the least.

There was a problem in the pit. An inexperienced tech was not sure how to undo or remove something. To his credit he did ask for help. But that help and quick explanation of what was happening was not communicated to me. I was assured everything was OK but still anxious that perhaps something was done incorrectly.
