Sat there for roughly 35 minutes and then was informed that my plastic oil drain plus was broke. It was fine the last time Your staff change my oil? I could hear the tech complaining the whole time underneath while Down below working. Your assistant manager was remiss and how she handled the entire situation. Once I was told my drain plug was broken they then informed me I could wait another 30 or 40 minutes while they ordered one from AutoZone. My other option was come back the next day and they would have one already there on site. I called back the following day and was told that the plug was not ordered and I could call back and they would let me know when it would be at the shop I could come and get my oil changed. During this entire process, my oil filter was changed after after I was informed of this fact, I asked if they checked the oil because I was pretty sure if you changed the filter some oil did come out. I was told oh yeah let me check. My overall experience was very bad and I will never go back to the store.
