Please be advised that I had two major issues while having my oil changes a few weeks back. On my HRV while driving down the road after the oil change, I heard dragging under my car so I returned to the store and they found that the tech did not reattach my splash guard. When I returned the manager said to me that there are no clips or screws to attach it so he was going to use zip ties which didn't sound right to me. When I arrived there this was secured to my car yet when they removed it to change the oil somehow, he said that there was nothing to hold it on. Two weeks later the zip ties must have come off as the splash guard was dragging again? Second issue my Fiat 500X after a few weeks started to drop oil and stained my driveway in multiple spots. I took photos of the leak and you can see that it was the filter and that it was very loose like it was not tightened when I had the oil changed weeks earlier. I brought the car back, they noted these issues and tightened the oil filter. Please advise who will clean my driveway, I don't see that I will ever be comfortable using your company anymore for my three cars. I generally get the blend so as you know the changes are not cheap.
