I should sue you guys for forcing customer to come in to the store to have to even speak to a human because your phone only has some AI bot that cannot answer simple questions. Then you guys bait and switch customers which is illegal under the FTC. Your employee worked on my car before agree to a price forcing me to pay whatever price they said other wise I would not be able to leave your shop. It was straight ********.
