I was using a Groupon and the sale was rung up incorrectly. The manager Tyler was not only very rude but made me feel as it was my problem. Luckily when I got home and called customer service I encountered a very nice lady that rectified the problem. Tyler needs some training in customer service

They entered wrong vehicle in system. And the wrong customer name. I do not own a Police Interceptor vehicle. I think they are honest. Not shady or dishonest. However they do not know what they are doing. They should focus on listening to the customer, and then doing what the customer asked for, in such a great way that the customer will want to request other services. But instead, they focus on trying to sell other services. One guy kept arguing with me and repeating the same incorrect information over and over, that a particular service had not been done since 75,000 miles when I kept telling him it was done at 100,000 miles. I even have the receipt from the place that did the work. I came in for an oil change but they removed the air intake filter and also the battery terminal cover. They wanted to do other work and said they could do it cheaper than the place I normally go to. I don't now how they can claim to be cheaper if they do not know how much the other place charges. And besides, it's not about the price but about the level of trust that is earned. When I got home and looked under my hood I found that my battery terminal cover was in the wrong place. Training in needed.
