I have gone to this Valvoline Center many times for oil changes on this car, and this time there were a few "issues". 1. I did not receive the "18-Point Check" - The only thing done under the hood was changing the oil - no level checks were done on any of the other fluids (I watched), my tire pressures were not checked, nor were any of my lights checked, all of which is usually done routinely. Additionally, after I left, I realized that I was not given a receipt. I returned to ask for a receipt and was informed "You'll get it in email!" When I asked for a paper receipt, I was informed, "The Printer doesn't work - there is no paper." I'm "old School" and prefer a paper receipt. It would have been nice if I had been told this initially, when my credit card was returned - just saying...All this being said, I will return and give this location another try, because of the exceptional service I have received in the past. Hopefully it will get "back to normal."
