Very disappointing experience. Valvoline advertises a quick oil change, but my experience was nowhere close to that. The waiting time was extremely long, and once I finally got into the service bay, the oil change itself took around 30 minutes. With the time spent waiting in line and the time for the service, I ended up spending far longer than expected for what should be a quick oil change. If you're advertising a fast 15-minute service, the actual customer experience should be reasonably close to that. The excessive waiting time and slow service completely defeated the purpose of choosing an instant oil change location. Definitely not the quick and convenient experience I expected.
