The entire staff was polite, courteous and attentive to my needs and were very willing to help. Reggie went out of his way to check a possible leak in my coolant reservoir. The other guys were also helping him figure out what was going on. Kendrell was also excellent! Jennifer was underneath checking as well. There was another guy as well that explained matters to me and actually found the reservoir top I had misplaced. I can not recall his name but the staff will remember and he deserved acknowledgement as well! The Manager, Logan, I believe that was his name re programmed my oil setting changes and made sure I was satisfied. These guys and this excellent customer service is why I keep coming back to the same location! Thank you guys!

Had over 23 minutes to wait to get into the bay. Once in, Team was friendly and checked tire pressure, lights and proceeded to do the oil change. I was asked about engine intake filter replacement and I said yes. However, apparently they didn't have it in stock but forgot about it until I was over a mile away before calling me for return to install the old filter. The good news since I had to return, someone went to parts store and got the filter but were not there when I arrived so had to wait again for them to install it and secure.

Waited for an hour to pull into the bay which is understandble cause they were busy and short staffed, but they had me and a different car that had arrived after me trade spots and then his bay opened before mine so even though i had arrived first, i had to wait longer because they intentionally had us trade bays. Once inside the bay everyone was helpful and kind, but that intial switch was very frustrating considering it had already been an hour.
