This specific Valvoline location *consistently* provides great service from friendly and knowledgeable employees. It is not the closest Valvoline to my home, and yet I will always travel the extra distance specifically to go here. Every tech who I've spoken to there is professional, polite, and efficient.
Recently (or at least somewhat recent - since my last tire rotation, at least) they even made a huge improvement. Now we no longer have to exit our cars during a tire rotation. This is a fantastic change that only makes me like them even more.

I have been a customer here for years but the employees have changed and are no longer polite and respectful. Today I was treated very rudely and laughed at by employees who did not move their boxes out of my way as I tried to pull into the building. They directed me to steer around the boxes and then laughed as I had difficulty maneuvering my car. I decided to leave and take my business to a competitor as there are many around here including take 5 and jiffy lube. This incident happened on Friday 12/19/25 at around 12 noon.
I ended up going to jiffy lube next to the 7-11 on the 50 and they were very polite. I ended up spending $150 there for a blend oil change and filter which is money that valvoline lost out on plus all of my future business.
