Service and team members were great. Wanted my tires rotated & tech explained their lift had been broken for over 2 months so they could not do the rotation for me. He also told me I was the 4th person just that day that he had to turn away for that service. For example **if you had to turn away 4 people every day for 2.5 months, thatu2019s 300 people you turned away for tire rotation. Even if itu2019s 150 people over the course of 2.5 months thatu2019s way too many. I understand things break but 2 months is waaaay too long to have the lift not working at a service center since that is a regular service people get.

There was a 20 minute wait and it went by very fast . The team greeted me right away and asked me what I needed today. Gabriel was very professional, helpful and explained everything. He made some recommendations and I went with the recommended. Matthew and Hernan also worked in a timely manner, they all worked very well as a team and I was out with a new battery, an oil change.
