Lucky the associate realized what had happened and called me 8-9 hours later to inform me. I wasnu2019t able to come back until the next day. The crew seemed genuinely happy and were a pleasure to be around. There was singing, joking with each other and real teamwork when it came to the job. I felt like I was in the hands of a group of real professionals who honestly wanted to provide a great experience. I have been to other Valvoline locations before but never before experienced the top notch service I received at this location. It is a 30 minute drive from my closest Valvoline but I will make the trip to this store from now on just for this level of car care.
