I stopped by Valvoline Instant Oil Change over the weekend and met with Chris to have my coolant checked. A family member who previously had my oil changed recommended I come in. Chris looked everything over and let me know that my coolant levels were not an immediate concern, which was such a relief. He suggested that I bring my car back in the Spring—around April—to have the coolant and the rest of my fluids checked at that time. I am truly elated by Chris’s honesty. It’s refreshing to meet someone who prioritizes integrity over unnecessary service. This experience gave me full confidence to return to Valvoline for my future car maintenance needs. THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE !! Staff are always ready and friendly they greeted me in the parking lot which made me feel so comfortable especially being a female. I had a young lady by the name of CJ she was very attentive she didn’t push me to do anything but recommended things due on my vehicle. The young man working on my vehicle was Gabriel and the communication between them was impeccable they informed me of everything they were doing on my vehicle.
