I actually enjoy going to this Vavoline. I switched about 2 years ago from a Take 5 that was horrible with horrible wait times. This Vavoline takes time to service your vehicle and explain what they are doing. In addition, they do recommend additional services…but it doesn’t come across as pushy or “Salesman-like”. If you want the additional services, they complete it. If you don’t, then they don’t pressure you or make you feel like you have to get it. I have actually had a great interaction with each of the employees each time I have come with my 2 vehicles. I especially appreciate Jason, the manager. He seems like a great manager, as he does just as much as his employees. He was actually the one who performed all my services the last time I too my vehicle in. If you’re in need of quick and thorough service with excellent customer service…look no further.
