The wait time for my car to get into the service center was 45 minutes! Bad timing for me to get there with only 2 service bays. Usually itu2019s pretty fast and they did tell me one customer needed Freon so they asked me to move to the other bay, but the car doing the Freon actually got finished a few minutes before the bay I moved to did!Service was friendly once I got in and very fast but a little more communication of the time itu2019d take the other car wouldu2019ve been nice.

I felt pressured to purchase a new battery even though I had not yet had trouble with the old battery. It was 3 years old. After getting home I learned that batteries should last much longer than that. So I should have been fine with the old battery for quite some time. They also did not disclose the cost until they asked for payment. And it took longer than expected. I had two kids in the car. I feel taken advantage of as a woman and a mother and will not be returning to this location.
