This was the first oil change for my new Ford Bronco and I was a little apprehensive about ensuring my new "baby" was well taken care of. Tevin noted my service history at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and thanked me for being a loyal customer. He explained how the oil change was different on the new Bronco (i.e. pumped out versus using the pit). So I received a little education about my new vehicle. I expressed a concern about the oil filter gasket being changed and he relieved me of my concern by listening and understanding the concern. I don't always take the time to provide a review, but I do when I feel I have received exceptional service. On my way out, I told Tevin that I would follow up with a positive review for the exeprience received by him and his team. I'll be back, for sure. Keep up the terrific service!
