I’m usually very impressed with this location, which is why this experience stood out in a disappointing way. During the tire rotation, I was never told to get out of the car. The staff was not communicative, very dry, and did not explain what was happening at any point, which left me feeling completely out of the loop.
They also only showed me the dipstick after the oil change, not before. This was very unusual, since checking the oil beforehand is a basic indicator to determine whether an oil change is necessary and how much oil is needed.
Afterward, I researched and learned that having someone remain in the car during a tire rotation is not considered a safe or recommended practice. That realization made the experience feel even more unsettling. I left feeling unsafe and unheard, which is very different from the level of service I’ve come to expect here.
