Maybe, I came at the wrong time today but I wasn't pleased with the service at all. Before anything was said, he assumed I wanted an oil change. I just wanted it checked and the tires set. He repeatedly asked if I wanted a full oil change. When I said no (the 3rd time), I had one already he assumed it was completed by Valvoline and said, "yea, a year ago". Excuse me sir, Valvoline didn't do it! Making assumptions and then having an attitude isn't good service. I only saw 2 young men working with all 3 bays open. When I was leaving, I saw a 3rd person and I have no idea where he came from. I'm new to the area and my Valvoline in S Plainfield, NJ would never treat anyone like this.
