Went there for a standard oil change for my partner’s car. They went and checked my air filter, which is typical, and tried to up-sale me which i respectfully declined since it’s not my vehicle. The person checking my air filter asked if i hated my partner, i told him no and he said i must do because he’s breathing in the debris from the air filter. He then asked if i hated myself bc i’m breathing in the same debris when i drive his car. I then went silent because that was extremely inappropriate to say and frankly unprofessional. Once my oil was changed, i was directed to turn my car on and press the gas. When i did so, my AC turned on but I noticed it sounded strange after the guy checked my air filter (like it was working overtime and running very loud). When i brought this up to him, he said debris got into it when he was checking more than likely, and then followed up with saying “that’s why you should have changed the filter”. Overall TERRIBLE experience.
The person I’m referring to had a wild afro and was wearing glasses. Unsure of his name, but that’s a good description i hope. Everyone else was professional and very nice. He’s the only one i had issues with.

This place gets you in and out fast they have really nice young folks working in there who are very respectful. They will try and sell you wiper blades and air filters as well, but if you’re uncomfortable with that, you just let them know that is just part of their process I will bring all my cars here in the future. They always have coupons on their website so make sure you get one before going.
