Had to ask to check tires, this morning I opened the hood to find oil drops on plastic covers, coolant very low below min by 1-2 inches washer fluid empty, I had to open manual to reset oil life warning. Not the service I expected for 120.00

I don't know what service I received, but the car in the bay next to me had the tire pressure checked, and other maintenance services. I don't know if your team is supposed to check all fluids, but that is what I have received from other oil change companies in the past. The price of an oil change had gone way up, and what is included has gone down.
