I told them the last time I received service from a different Valvoline, and got some type of a transmission fluid service, they recommended my fluid be checked at my next visit. This staff replied to me this information, u201cthatu2019s not necessary itu2019s just a recommendationu201d and didnu2019t offer to recheck it. Iu2019ve been going to Valvoline for decades and always get top Notch service. This time didnu2019t feel that way. I even had to remind them twice to recheck my tireu2019s air pressure AND they didnu2019t reset oil change light in my car. Too bad. It was hot day, they seems to want to hurry back into the AC.
