Oil spill in engine compartment during refill. Staff cleaned the spill as well as they could, but oil has now spill on my concrete drivewaycreating an oil stain.

The mechanic allowed oil to drip off of the oil stick onto my engine every time he checked the oil level and he did not wipe it off. I had to do that myself. Also, even though they checked off having filled my wiper fluid, they did not put any fluid in. I could tell by how much fluid I put in afterward.The basic oil change was accomplished and that was my main objective. The service person was friendly, but not particularly conscientious.

Personable staff. They let me know what I needed and what I did not need. A/C filter checked and replaced for the first time since buying the vehicle. I requested that the tires be rotated, but they let me know that the tires were so new, they did need the service at this time.

Cleve and Damon were wonderful. When I go in to get my oil changed, that’s ALL I want. If I want or need any other vehicle maintenance, I’ll let them know. They save my time by NOT HARASSING me to buy maintenance that I did not go in for. Cleve is friendly yet professional and knows that I’m in for an oil change only. If I had to listen to all the “recommended “ maintenance every time I went in, I’d never go back. Cleve and his team make sure they don’t waste my time!
