There was a mix up in scanning the 2 lanes and it caused a very long wait time. None of the employees were concerned that we were sitting in 192 degrees while waiting on them to straighten our thier mistake. They never offered an apology or any compensation as a mater of fact when we mention the inconvenience and heat to them thier answer was well we are hot too.very disappointed I have used this location for a very long time and this is not what Im used to

Had my oil changed this morning and they did not even check the air filter or water high cost not to get full service and left my oil low he said I can add some later
