I recently had an oil change at Vavoline, and I'm dissatisfied with the service. The technician neglected to replace the missing oil pan plug gasket, resulting in an oil leak. This oversight required me to make two additional trips for them to properly diagnose and fix the issue. It was only after they installed the oil pan plug gasket that the leak was resolved. This experience was inconvenient and frustrating.

It was not on your team members, this shop I always go to and love and trust hasn’t had my oil for 3 weeks. I am due for a change so now I have to find somewhere else to go. The nearest Valvoline to this one is also out of the oil my car uses. It’s a 2020 Jetta which is not rare in the least. But the staff here is great, not their fault, at least not the customer facing employees. Main reason why I come here is the customer service.
