I was there with both bays having someone being services and bay 2 having one in line. I was there for 45 minutes before being serviced and in total an hour and 15 minutes of being there.. for a simple oil change. The assist. manager proved a point in the other bay with a truck that had come AFTER i was there preforming the whole service of an oil change in under 12 minutes. which is the time it should’ve taken for mine to be done. i bit my tongue not saying anything while I was there but 30 minutes on the road, a loud noise was coming from under the car. the skid plate was dragging the ground requiring the car to go back. when there it was mentioned a bolt was not put in making it be undone. pretty bad experience all around.
