Everybody were professional & answered all of my questions, I usually go to the location in Dawsonville but since I was leaving work I decided to give this location a try & I’m glad that I did, I’ll definitely return.

Technician somehow managed to spray oil all over my engine bay. Didn't really mention acknowledge it and I didnt really see how much oil was spilled until a day or two later. Also somehow ran out of conventional 5w30, very common oil type. Won't be coming back

I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Caleb and his team delivered truly top-tier service from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the entire process seamless and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. This was hands-down one of the best oil change service experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend Caleb and his amazing team!
