The guys were great. The only issue is that the mileage was entered incorrectly in the system. So now I have to deduct 5k miles from what it says on the sticker. And almost every time I go there, I notice the next morning, oil drips on my driveway.

The team member I interacted with showed me my air filter and recommended to replace it even though it was obviously clean. Once I pointed it out, they conceded and said that it was fine. I feel bad that the team member even had to recommend a replacement in the first place. You could tell they were trained to do it, but if they were trained to only tell me what was honestly needed, I would be more inclined to get the service.

With the oil change I asked for a tire rotation- they found a nail in my tire. They brought the tire to me and showed me- also told me where to go to repair it. The technicians were all so friendly. I didnu2019t know what to do- never stayed in my vehicle for an oil change! Technicians helped me along the way! Ha! Great group of men that work there!
