My negative terminal was very corroded. Thank you for taking the time to clean it and remove the corrosion so you could install a new battery.

Unfortunately I do not recall their name, but the person with whom I mainly interacted during my time there was VERY accommodating and considerate. Yes, I was informed about potential add-ons to my service, but I was in no way being pushed to purchase them; the standard diagnostics taken by the techs were laid out for me were done so in a very thorough and comprehensive manner, and each potential maintenance issue was addressed as to their urgency, so that I would not be blindsided as they become imminent problems. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the services provided at this location.
