Just told them what I needed done exactly. They did it but not how I had asked. Not really a big deal but it was frustrating when my power steering pump started whining because it wasn’t filled as much as I had asked it to be. Would recommend though to friends and family to go to this location.

Robert at Dawsonville was an excellent rep. That’s not where the issue is. I arrived home then went inside for a brief period. When I came back out I noticed drops of oil on my concrete. I immediately crawled under it to find oil dripping and the underneath was covered. I immediately took a light and some rags to determine the cause. The new filter was covered in oil so I wiped it down including all of the bottom of the pan and engine. I checked the level which seem to be ok. I then drove it for 5 minutes and came back. I didn’t see any other leaks and I’m now constantly keeping an eye for spots on my concrete because it spooked me that they didn’t tighten the filter back up which it seems they did. My conclusion this far is that the filter and pan guy in the basement does slob work, period and has no pride in what he’s doing. He drained it, put a filter on and didn’t wipe one single thing down. I’ve never had this issue before and I honestly don’t want it happening again. Figure out who’s Robert’s basement man was that day and put an end to his nonsense. Cars are extremely expensive and deserve better care and pride than slob work.

I was very dissatisfied with the price I have been paying around $70 for an oil change and I was told by one of them employees if I brought my own oil filter or even the oil that the price would be cheaper. So when the price was $90 for the oil change I mentioned about I brought my own oil filter and they told me that Valvoline doesn't charge for oil filters that they're basically free somehow I don't believe that. I had to ask for the sticker to put in my window so I would know when it's time to get my oil changed again I was not asked about using any coupons which I have been asked before in the past and I'd never been asked about doing other services I always ask myself and they would tell me. Always before in the past the employee would tell me what the price is going to be before they did the oil change if I needed to change anything I could or ADD any other services I could I was not asked at all this time. I understand my truck uses 7 quarts of oil instead of five but there's no way two more quarts of oil is going to cost $20.
