We have had at least 3 oil changes (and they are not super busy) where they haven’t checked brakes, turn signals, etc and we actually have a bulb that is out. They just do the minimum to get by now compared to the way it was when it was first opened.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. WE HAD SWITCHED HERE AND THEY WERE GREAT THEN I WENT TODAY AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MILITARY DISCOUNT SAID MY HUSBAND HAD TO BE WITH ME. THAT IS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO MILITARY SPOUSES AND THEY HAVE NEVER DINE THIS. SAID THIS IS NEW SO I WILL NO LONGER COME HERE.

One guy told me I needed to replace my battery. I almost allowed them to change it. But when he told the other guy to get a new battery, the other one said “hers was good”. The guy that suggested the new battery responded motioning like (just go get it). I then declined the service. Went and got a second opinion and they said my battery was just fine. Seems like the guy tried to unethically get commission from me. Won’t be back.
