when I called, they said they got a $50.99 for the oil change. I drove after 20 minutes they said that’s not available that price anymore. I told them I’ve spoken with someone he said sorry for the misunderstanding. We don’t have the stock available I never come back and spend my money again just the plane games. He tried to hook me up for 100 some dollars for oil change service which is I no need.

This was my first time getting an oil change on this vehicle that was not completed by the dealership where I purchased it. It was also my first time at Valvoline. Antoinette made the experience very easy for me. She provided me with the options that were available for me. She provided recommendations in a great manner and it didn’t feel forceful. I appreciated the information that I received regarding my vehicle. The customer service was great. I will return!
