Only giving 2 stars because the customer service etiquette was on point like always. I've been brining all my cars here for many years even when it was named something else. I got a new to me car 4 months ago off of a buy here pay her lot and brought my car to have her first oil change done. The gentlemen who was doing my service politely informed me that since this was a new to me off a lot vehicle it was in my best interest to have a transmission oil change a radiator flush and keep up my oil changes regular and on time as its now considered a high mileage engine and me as a new owner would know that all the majors had been done. I only had funds for the oil change I initially went for but told him thank you for the info that I will definitely be back to get those things handled. April 13,2026 I went back to have the transmission service part of that handled, left the shop went to work parked for 9 hours and barely made it to the bank after work before my car started making the most aweful noise. Called customer service got a claim number because they were closed, took my car back the next morning and the 3 men on staff re did the transmission oil change at no charge but told me to go thru claims after that. Okay my car is still making noise on acceleration and not shifting in to gear on time. I schedule a second opinion appointment with a local shop before my appointment my vehicle died in the middle of fairburn road busy morning off interstate 20. Had to pay a tow fee, and now looking at a $5550.00 transmission that this company is claiming they are not responsible for. I am taking this further , but to customers with high mileage vehicles please be very careful with this company's suggested services. Check with your vehicles dealership first and make sure its recommended 👌because once I did I was informed EVERYBODY KNOWS NOT TO TOUCH A CVT TRANSMISSION

I have been going to them for almost two years and this last time they had no customer service. I get oil change and tire rotation which should have all fluids filled up. Washer fluid light was still in when I left so I pulled back to get it filled the guy was rude and didn't care he said you didn't talk to me and I said I won't be back he said ok
