Cortez was very informative. He was also very professional. Everyone working there was. No one looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. I love the fact that I could see my oil coming out of my car. I like that they check my lights, tires and filters. I replaced a filter. I had to wait an hour to get into the shop but it was worth it. From now on this is the only place I will get an oil change from.

Better communication relating to the wait time. We were brought in & left. No one greeted us, advised that someone would be with us, apologized for having us sit for at least 15 minutes prior to starting, etc. It seems everyone was working on one car at a time but since no one communicated that to us, I can only assume.

It took over a hour for a oil change and I had a $15.00 coupon. Because it was such a long wait, I forgot to present it before I paid. I ask them to credit my invoice, and he would not. He took the coupon and said I could use it next time. I would expire before I would come back. Not Happy at all with that I spent way over $40.00 (158.00) total!I think good customer service would of credited me!

Additionally, he was not cool and not kind to me. I've been a customer there since more than a year, and I've always seen employees with smile, but my recent experience was so bad.
