As I mention to the tech, I am so happy and pleased with Valvoline service and have recommended to my whole family. I have never waited more than 7 or 8 minutes to the latest. I am always in & out and I can stay in my car. They show me my oil stick with clean oil in it and sometime I am shown the old oil filter. I have no questions to whether or not the job has been done or not and they always educate or recommend any other needed maintenance care service that my car reading gives throu their computer such as how much life is left on my battery or air filter needed soon. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!! You are better than the dealership. I am always happy when I leave! Keep the coupons coming(MAJOR HELP)

They seem understaffed. You hear instant? You don't think you'll be waiting 45 minutes or an hour? Just two, put your car up into the bay once your in the bay its not as long depending on what you choose to get. I think there should be a line just for oil changes. Only just to keep it going. When you have the word instant, you don't expect to be there almost two hours

The guy REFUSED to tell me a price before getting the work done. I asked twice before pulling into the bay. I continue to ask, explaining to the guy that I'm not trying to be combative but I want to know the price before getting the work done. I explained to him that I needed the price because I went to a Valvoline a week earlier and they tried to charge me $100 for a conventional oil change. He tried to explain to me why they were trying to charge me that much and I explained to him I already took that up with customer care. I just needed to know how much for a basic oil change. After the seventh time asking, I left without getting an oil change. There seem to be a pattern here regarding pricing. Predatory. This is the second store I've had a problem regarding pricing. Your employees are scamming people and somebody should know about this. Somebody other than Valvoline. I really like Valvoline, quick, fast and you stay in your car but I don't like being cheated and this company has some cheaters. No thanks!
