I sat for over an hour and a half waiting on my car to be looked at. While I can understand being understaffed, simply not acknowledging me or letting me know what stage of the process they were on resulted in most of an evening being wasted. I hadn't come to this location for a year for this same reason. I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Never again.
