Visited the Valvoline on Lewiston to get my oil change. A few weeks after I had it changed the oil light came on saying my car needed oil. I’ve never had that happen before, so I was kind of confused on what was going on. Finally took it to another shop to get the oil changed again only to find out that this shop messed up my oil pan screw causing it leak oil. Called to talk to manager & he was rude & hung up in my face.

Spot - on. I had upgraded my transmission pan and bypass valve, and the valve after a couple of months started to leak - I simply re-torqued it but needed a top off. This was in anticipation for the start of a 800 mile round trip that afternoon. (took 2 quarts and grabbed new windshield wipers as well).
