Stafford quickly and communicated at each step of the process and inform me about a filter change the prices a little high and I already had a cabin air filter ready to replace myself so I declined. I felt no pressure to proceed with them installing the filter, but I wouldn’t have anyway because of the price.

At the previous visit, they cracked my cover (which they said that the would replace and never did) and I learned at the recent visit that the mechanic never put on my oil cap and I was driving around for 3000 miles without one. Alonzo (who was very nice) made an effort to find me another one to replace the one that Elijah (the previous rep) misplaced. I left the car with them but the cap was not replaced. They said that it would be there the next a.m. I called the next day and was told, it was not there and the manager was busy and that I had two options: to call back later or let the rep send the manager an email (even though he was in the building) and wait for him to get in touch with me. I took option 3 - never to use the Valvoline services again personally, for my business vehicles, and to spread the word to anyone else that I know.
