I went to valvoline around three weeks ago and the Guy the have draining the cars is a New Guy that don't know what to do because I hear he asking one of the other Guy that's up top where is the drain plug on my 2015 bmw x3 xdrive28i and after they finish with the service I went on a trip to savannah ga and halfway there it pop up on my dashboard that my oil level is low and I should stop driving so I have to stop at the gastation to buy oil to add so I can continue my trip and i return back home on park in my driveway the next morning oil drops is in my driveway so I bring it back to valvoline and they check it out and tell me that there was oil on my skid sheild and I know that's just bs because I am a mobile mechanic and I know that's not true because if it was the oil would blow off driving a four hour drive both ways it would have blow off.
