Technicians need customer service training. Seems nobody wants to work these days. Just show up an burn out the clock ready to home 30 minutes before business closes. So have you wait to tell you come back tomorrow.

I've been here a few times to get my oil changed and a few days ago I went to get my oil changed and once I left and got home I noticed a lot of oil dripping down under my van. I got very nervous about what I saw and drove back to the shop which was about 6 miles away. By the time I got near the shop my Low oil pressure light came on and van seem to drive a little funny. After the checked out the issue the service tech left my oil filter cap loose and Dam near cause a major use in a brand new Vehicle. Only thing I got was I'm sorry this happened which is not what I thought I would get. Maybe a free oil change or something. I was offered nothing for this major mistake and almost caused me to be out of work and then having to buy me a brand new engine. I just bought this vehicle in November 2025 brand new.
