I went to one location located in Hampton on Tara Blvd and like always they were slow and said a 25-30 minute wait they only had 1 car there, so I went to the other one on Tara and the pulled me right in a got started very polite and friendly and took them no time to get the job completed. Well they didn't check my lights to make sure they all worked, they didn't fill my windshield washer fluid, they didn't check my filters. It has become less and less every time I go. It seems like they would take the time to do these things when they don't have a single car waiting. They rush you through like your at the McDonald's drive thru. You should get the service you pay for. That's why all the business is moving to Grease Monkey. The ONLY reason I still go to this Location is because they are NEVER backed up anymore. Just glad I will not be living over here anymore and have to use this location because of no wait time.

I was getting my AC fixed and I knew how long it was gonna take when I got there. Once I got there it was a long line. One of the staff came to my car to ask what I needed done that day and I told my AC. So he told me to come around the the empty spot cause I was the only one getting my AC done. He communicated very during the process!
