I just bought a used 2005 Navigator within the week. I brought it to Valvoline to get the oil changed. After I left the check engine and oil light came on. I went to pull the codes and it was for a lean bank. I came back to Valvoline same day to bring the issue of the oil pressure light on DJ the manager assured me that everything was done correctly and it may just be the sensor. Today the truck left me stranded on the side of the road due to the low oil pressure causing me much grief . My whole engine sounds like trash now and barely moves. I will be contacting my attorney and filing necessary complaints to get my engine fixed or replaced, or just settled.

Today I read the reviews and decided based on them to give this place a try for an oil change. They did a good job on my 2019 Equinox. HOWEVER, after driving about 40 miles my Check Engine Light came on. I immediately took my car back to have it checked... thinking that maybe something was possibly not tightened all the way. Instead of them just checking to see, I was Dismissed and told to go have someplace else get a code for my CE light. Well I did EXACTLY THAT. When the Advance Auto employee was kind enough to check the code it was for a MAF Sensor. Then he took a look around in my engine only to find that Vavoline didn't fully seal my Airfilter Cover that they had taken off to check my Air Filter. So Air was being Leaked or Sucked in, which caused my CE light to trigger. This could have simply been fixed by Vavoline if they weren't so quick to be Dismissive. Rell, I literally just wanted someone to check behind the work that was done an hour earlier. Smh.
