I am beyond LIVID and those who know me know l rarely go there Atlanta Buyers Be WARE!!!DO NOT PATRONIZE VALVOLINE OIL on Panola Road!!! Long story short I had a small oil leak around the drain plug and it was suggested to have it replaced because like every 6 to 7 weeks I had to get a message on my car stating that I need to add another quarter of oil. It was one of those out of sight out of mine things but finally I did go get a four dollar drain plug that’s all it cost. I took it to Valvoline oil on Panola Road and asked the manager if they could install it for me when they do the oil change. He said are you getting an oil change? I stated yes I am. I would not. Have you do it without that. He proceeded to do the oil change, but then when it came time to pay, he took forever and I asked why was it taking so long and he said that I gave him the wrong plug and now they have to re-thread it to put the old one back on it took a lot longer than that I said was taking so long now and he stated that that it did not work and so we’re just going to put our own makeshift oil pan plug on there and you’re gonna have to go get it fixed yourself. He went on to state that is why we are not supposed to work on cars. We’re only supposed to do oil changes. I’m thinking well a fine time to let me know this. I did not want to drive the car at all, but unfortunately, three days later, I had no choice and within 2 miles into the drive all my check engine lights blared on the screen on the council telling me to stop the car immediately oil is extremely low. Needless to say my engine is gone today. I am in court in a very rude mean judge ruled in favor of the defendant. I’m still here in court following appeal with the Superior Court. I even went to advance auto to check to make sure that he given me the right part and they assured me they gave me the right part and I had to send it to their vendor to test it because maybe it was defective.. I get a letter stating from the vendor that the part was fine. It was nothing wrong with it. It had been tested. That judge didn’t see any wrong that and that’s so sad. I really don’t even have the money, but I will squeeze out whatever I have to do to file this appeal. I’m not going down without a fight. Pray for my strength y’all I’m very upset.!

Amjad & Rell took the time to educate me on the kind of oil my vehicle needed & how often I should have my air filter changed. Not knowing so much about vehicles I appreciated them taking the time out to tell me.

We went apparently on their lunch time. All employees take lunch together so had a good wait time They stood looking at us and not move When they did come out the building the manager was rude ( he walks with a limp) told us they dealing with an issue that's important and we need to wait. Once they started on car they kept stopping to go eat and coming back chewing in our face
