The wait was over an hour and then the two young men that were there were very unprofessional. I have been to this location before and I have never encountered such horrible service. I WILL not be going back. The lack of communication was ridiculous. We were there for over 2 hours. Tell me should an oil change really take that long.

I've been a customer of this specific store for some time and the last two experiences have been absolutely wonderful. Both times Brent was the technician that walked me through the service process. Each time I felt he was an honest broker and was not specifically trying to up-sale me anything. However, both times he was able to show me what my truck (first) and van (second) needed without any pressure to make an additional sale. His explanations were so thorough that I added engine filters (both vehicles) and a cabin air filter (for my van) to the service. It is a pleasure to be treated with respect and courtesy when I have my vehicles serviced! If a customer could recommend a certificate of appreciation to one of Valvoline Team, I would highly recommend one for Brent! Great job!!
