Nice guys doing the work but a few concerns, one they didn't drain the oil out of the oil pan through the drain plug they sucked it out with a vacuum which doesn't get all the oil and doesn't get any grit that's left in the bottom of the oil pan out. Second they charged me for an extra quart of oil which never happened before at other oil change places but then they had to suck out about a quart worth of oil because they overfilled it. I let it go, didn't ask for a refund but it doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence that they don't know how much oil to put in your vehicle. Hopefully the magnetic oil plug will catch any grit that's left in the bottom of the pan and will get wiped off the next time I take it to a different place. $96 for an oil change did seem a little high for synthetic blend.
