my dissatisfaction is not with the performance of the staff but i am dissatisfied with the fact that I paid $128 for European Synthentic Oil change with a sticker on my car that says next change due in 3000 miles and the cost of the same oil change at the vw dealer is $128 and they put a sticker on the car saying that the next change is not due until 10,000 miles. So that means I am basically paying 3X at Valvoline compared to the dealer. Meaning VW dealer cost for 10,000 miles of Oil change is $128 vs Valvoline cost would be $384 for same service (1 change = 3,000 miles X 3 changes =$384). Am I missing something here?

Great experience, I just thought it was rather overpriced. I went in with one of my tires n ending air and it was not replenished during my tire rotation. For the price (roughly 150$ for tire rotation and oil change) I expect the service to be above and beyond. I don’t expect Walmart tire center service level. I like the idea of not having to get out of my car (although underatandably did have to leave my car during the tire rotation and wake up my sleeping baby to exit the vehicle)
