Please allow me to previse this statement, my review is coming from a 25 year automotive instructor who teaches customer service in class, I was over all satisfied and will more than likely return, however the thing that bothers me the most is the air pressure, I watched the attendant put in 36 front and 36 rear in the computer at the beginning of the service, I watched and paid attention throughout the entire service and not once was the tire pressure checked however the paper work says it was checked "ok" and at 36 and 35 PSI. I checked the tires upon my return to work and they were 45 front and 65 rear. So, from a customer and professional standpoint I ask myself if air pressure was overlooked what else was overlooked. I hope this reaches the correct people in hopes like I preach to my student always do the right thing even when no one is watching because you never know when someone is watching. Again over all please and will more than likely return. Now a praise, I do like the fact that the attendant showed me the oil dip stick as being full before completion of the service

This was my first time visiting at this establishment so advised by my son. A young service Rep Named Raven met me in the office with a smile. I asked several questions and she cordially gave me feedback and directions. I later drove into the dock area for further analysis of my vehicle and she was keeping be informed of all aspects of my visit. I will now take all of my vehicles there. My son lead me correctly to this place. I did shop around to three other locations however. The original place where i had been visiting told me they were busy today and casted no concern about my situation and I was finished with them after years of service. All Service Reps should be as Raven even if their day isn't the best....God Bless!!
