Explained significance of time between oil change. Not as significant if care is driven regularly. Was honest to state with only 3kmiles driven in 11 months I could just top off as I use the vehicle at least weekly. I went ahead with the oil change but deeply appreciated his honesty.

It"s just an oil change..the employees did their jobs..experience was good...my only issue was the price..guess I"m paying for convience..the dealership is about 30 bucks cheaper but you have to have an appointment and I didn"t wamt to wait...thanks

Very busy at the time I showed up and only one bay open, as staff was low. Communication was excellent and speed of service was great. Also found that drain plug was loose when I arrived, causing slow leak.

Young lady used the wrong size socket on the oil filterxap and stripped it. I have only brought this vehicle to you for service. Then that they could not do a thing and recommended i take it to tbe dealer. I bought the corect socket a removed the filter cap and replace it with a new one. They did not charge me but expect better. If the young lady would have used the correct socket to begin with i feel there would not have neen an issue removing the cap.
